The products featured through the M. Middleton online catalog are sold only to approved retailers with proper tax I.D.

Wholesale Customers

Customer accounts created before November 19, 2010 will not be able to access the online catalog

To create a customer account, please follow the OrderPad Passport Registration link below. Also, please download and complete our account application. Fax a copy of the application and your resale certificate to 616-233-0082 or call Customer Service directly at 800-444-4090. Your online account will not be activated and credit approval will not begin until a completed account application is received.

Browser Requirements

To register for an online account or to login and shop the online store, your browser must allow pop-up windows. The recommended browser for our online catalog is Internet Explorer 7 or later.
