Why can't I access the online catalog without an account?
The online catalog is reserved for retailers of M. Middleton product. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue access as we deem appropriate. Products featured on this site are sold only to approved retailers with proper tax I.D.
I've filled out the Orderpad passport registration. Now what?
In addition, please remember to download and complete our account application. Fax a copy of the application and your resale certificate to 616-233-0082 or call Web Order Support directly at 800-444-4090. Your online account will not be activated and credit approval will not begin until a completed account application is received.
I'm an existing M. Middleton wholesale customer. Why can't I access the site?
Please fill out the form through OrderPad Passport Registration on the shop page to create a login profile. Upon activation, this will allow you to shop the M. Middleton online catalog and review your previous online orders. Please allow up to one full business day for activation of online accounts.
I'm not very comfortable with online ordering. Can I place an order by phone?
Of course! Our phone order line is 800-444-4090. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30am until 5:00pm.
