Because weight and size of items vary, shipping charges will be determined upon shipment of products. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked, therefore customer will be responsible for lost shipments or damaged goods.
Net 30 days with approved credit. No merchandise may be returned without prior approval of M. Middleton. For refused shipments, customer is liable for shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Past due balances are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month.
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. from our plant in Wyoming, Michigan. Prices and codes are subject to change without notice. These terms supersede all terms printed before 2/07.
